Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day Dad!

The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.  Proverbs 20:7

“We do not believe in ourselves until someone reveals that deep inside us something is valuable, worth listening to, worthy of our trust, sacred to our touch. Once we believe in ourselves we can risk curiosity, wonder, spontaneous delight or any experience that reveals the human spirit.”
e e cummings

Thank you Dad for being the man of integrity and the daddy you are and for demonstrating over and over that I am "valuable, worth listening to and worthy of trust."  I love you and hope you have a very happy Father's Day!

Saturday, June 17
Anther beautiful day in NYC.  Breakfast at 'Ino and then relaxing in Madison Square Park.

Madison Square Park has a little dog park for dogs to play with each other and to run off leash.  They are very comical and I love to stand and watch them; however, the smell is a little strong.

I wonder how Madeline would have handled this.  Not very well, I am sure.  She was never really socialized as far as dogs...and people...go.  If she could have come here as a puppy though she would have been a different dog!

The Flatiron Building
I cannot pass it without taking a picture.

Looking up 5th Avenue toward the Empire State Building

Saturday afternoon I went to see the Tony award winner for Best Play 2012.  I liked it but didn't love it.

Taking a break in the Sculpture Garden at MoMA

A little boy with his mom walked over to this sculpture.  Taking a seat at the edge of the pool, the little boy curiously asked his mom what the lady was doing.  Without missing a beat, the mom responded, Washing her hair.
